What are your booking and payment policies?
Projects are booked on a first come, first served basis. I issue invoices via PayPal and accept online payment in the form of debit/credit card and bank transfers.
How will we communicate?
Email is the preferred method of communication for documentation purposes. If you wish to hop on a call or do a video chat, those options are available upon request and are required to be scheduled.
Do you have set office hours?
A lot of my work is done outside of my 9-5 job, I typically respond to emails within 24-48 business hours.
Can you handle the printing of my project?
It’s completely optional, but I can oversee the printing of your items! I can utilize my expertise and network of trusted vendors to ensure that the job gets done right and showcases the designs I've created in the best way possible. There is an additional fee for this service and I'm happy to provide you with a custom quote based upon your specific printing needs.
Pricing
Explore the drop down menus to view pricing for brand packages and individual graphics, both print and digital. Please keep in mind that these prices are for the design and final files ONLY- I am however able help you get your items printed for an extra fee.
All final logo designs come in all popular file formats, including JPG, PDF, PNG, and AI, files. Depending on your specific package additional files may be included for your brand collateral items.

Design Process
Connect
After submitting a service inquiry via my website, I will reach out to you about your project, a timeline that works for you, and gathering more details if necessary. You will then be sent an estimate/initial invoice- 50% of which is due before starting the project. This deposit is non-refundable.
Create
Now it’s time for me to do what I do best- design! I’ll take all of the direction provided, information, and inspiration to provide you with refined and well executed finished products. I will send designs to you for 2 rounds of revisions to make sure we end up with a final product that you love.
Deliver
I deliver all materials to you in the requested formats (Ai, PNG, JPEG, PDF, and more!). If you are interested in having me assist you in ordering any print or digital products utilizing trusted vendors, I can provide an estimate for that as well.
